Do you want to do more than vent on Facebook? Do you want to make a REAL difference? Then this is the event for you!

Cook County Commissioner John Fritchey and Better Together Chicago are hosting CHICAGO ENGAGED!, a free advocacy fair bringing together dozens of progressive organizations focused on a variety of issues. 

Participating groups include:

ACLU, CAIR, Heartland Alliance, IL Council Against Handgun Violence, Chicago Women Take Action, Chicago Council on Global Affairs, NAMI Chicago, League of Women Voters of Chicago, IL Environmental Council, National Lawyers Guild, Erie House Citizenship and Immigration Services, Planned Parenthood, Illinois Safe School Alliance, Invisible Institute, The Black Star Project, Syrian Community Network, Lurie Center for Gender, Sexuality and HIV, People for a Safer Society, Apna Ghar, Latino Policy Forum, Between Friends, Sirat, Refugee Community Support Team, Citizen's Climate Lobby, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, Chicago Freedom School


The groups will have tables set up to share information about their work and how YOU can be a part of it.
